Your journey begins with meticulously documenting business requirements and conducting thorough research to craft innovative solutions.Your proposed solutions won't just scratch the surface - they'll dive deep, encompassing everything from functional specifications to risk assessment and security considerations. And let's not forget about highlighting the benefits and return on investment for each proposal.Once your ideas gain approval, you'll step into the role of project manager, ensuring seamless delivery of the solution from conception to implementation.But your impact doesn't stop there. Our client is looking for someone to play a pivotal role in creating comprehensive supporting documentation and training materials, empowering your colleagues with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in their day-to-day roles.Duties
  • Gathering and Validating Requirements: You'll be diving deep into our business needs, ensuring that we capture all essential details accurately.
  • Business Process Modelling: Get ready to map out our current processes and spot areas ripe for improvement.
  • Risk Assessment and Solution Benefits: You'll be identifying potential issues, risks, and the exciting benefits our solutions bring, painting a clear picture of their impact on our business.
  • Functional Specification Creation: Craft detailed specifications that lay the groundwork for our transformative solutions.
  • Cost Estimation and Savings Identification: Crunch the numbers to estimate costs and pinpoint potential savings, contributing to our bottom line.
  • Project Management: Take charge of projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track and deliver results.
  • Information Security Alignment: Ensure that our solutions align with Hynds' stringent information security standards.
  • Solution Implementation and Testing: Roll up your sleeves and put our solutions to the test, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Business Transition Support: Help our team adapt to change smoothly, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes.
  • Documentation: Become the guardian of our internal documentation, keeping it up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Training and Support: Share your expertise with the team, providing training and serving as the go-to person for support escalations.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with manufacturing teams and their environments.
  • At least 2 yrs. experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • At least 2 yrs. Manufacturing specific ERP support experience.
  • Business Analyst certification (e.g. IIBA, IQBBA, PMI) or actively working towards one.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Confident presenter.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Problem solving.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platforms (Power App, Power Flow, Power BI) preferred.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Good listener and communicator
  • Knowledge of IT
