You will also:
  • Manage targets and sales figures
  • Motivate, mentor and lead a team
  • Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives
  • Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Be the glue that holds the counter together.
About You:We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has:
  • Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets
  • A passion for all things Beauty, in particular skincare and helping our customers feel great about themselves
  • A certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy would be advantageous
  • Great time management, problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.
This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday roster. This role is fixed term until October 2026.Your Benefits - What's in it for you?Farmers offers a range of benefits including:
