Join our growing team as our new Senior Aluminium Joiner and Fabricator!We're a long-standing Otago-based locally owned and operated company, proudly manufacturing high-performance aluminium windows and doors for over 20 years. Our focus on innovation and thermal efficiency means we're constantly pushing what's possible with aluminium systems - and we've built a solid reputation for quality work that makes a real difference. We provide services from everyday residential homes to recreational and commercial properties.This role is Full Time, Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week (great work life balance).We're looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified joiner (or equivalent work experience as a joiner/fabricator).
Is skilled in operating machinery and hand tools with precision and safety.
Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Capable of identifying and resolving issues efficiently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a production team environment.
Has a practical, up-and-go attitude - you're motivated, reliable, and take pride in a job well done.
Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
