About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Custodial Administrator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Custodial Services Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, based at our Head Office in Tauranga.The Senior Custodial Administrator is responsible for providing end-to-end administration of the Custodial functions. The role is primarily responsible for liaising with Private Equity regarding assets, processing Evergreen funds, and engaging in continuous improvement and change initiatives. The role is also required to work with the Custodial Services Manager regarding custodial controls, team cross-training, and providing cover and support for complex matters as they may arise.CSL is an integral part of the Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) product range as a full-service investment advisory firm. CSL offers a full administration service, acting as a bare trustee, holding clients securities in trust. CSL collects incomes, maintains securities, and ensures appropriate action is taken for corporate action events.About youWe are looking for someone with high volume administrative experience in a similar field. Prior experience within Financial Services or as a custodian is highly advantageous. This role will suit a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment in a collaborative team. The successful candidate will have strong time management skills and be a team player. You will also have:
Understanding of market terminology and financial products and instruments
Curiosity to learn, with a willingness to become a subject matter expert
Ability to learn new skills quickly, embracing new technology, systems and processes
