Commercial & Residential Projects | $28 - $38 per hourAre you a skilled Carpenter ready to take on exciting projects in one of the most scenic regions in the country? We are on the lookout for reliable and experienced Carpenters to join our crew for both short-term and long-term assignments across the Queenstown area. Whether you prefer working on large commercial builds or enjoy the craftsmanship of residential construction, we have roles to suit your strengths.The RoleYou will be working on a variety of construction projects ranging from high-end residential builds to large-scale commercial developments. Tasks may include framing, formwork, fix-out, installing cabinetry, constructing decking, and interpreting technical plans. A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship is a must.We are seeking individuals who take pride in their trade and can work well both independently and as part of a team. Assignments vary in length, with opportunities to transition into ongoing work for the right candidates.Days & Hours
- Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm (hours may vary slightly depending on site)
- Occasional Saturday work may be available
- NZ Trade Qualification in Carpentry OR a minimum of 3 years on-site carpentry experience
- Proven experience across both commercial and/or residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Confident in a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and formwork
- Must have your own set of hand tools and transport
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices on site
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset
- Competitive pay rates between $28 - $38 per hour, based on experience and skill level
