The CompanyMy client is a privately owned manufacturing business on the cutting edge. They manufacture products, that are shipped overseas, that go into products we all use. Due to a change in the team, and their financial year end quickly approaching, they are looking for a hands-on Financial Accountant for an initial 3 month contract.The RoleAs the Financial Accountant you will report directly to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Month end close
Assisting the Financial Controller with statutory reporting
Maintaining the fixed assets register
GST/FBT filing
Liasiang with external auditors
Balance sheet reconciliations
Posting journals
Ad-hoc reporting

Skills & ExperienceMy client is looking for a hands-on Financial Accountant who can come in and hit the ground running and who isn't afraid to get into the detail. Experience is manufacturing is ideal, but not a requirement.
