- Generate sales of AAES automatic sliding, swing and speciality operator products through the maintaining of strong relationships with customer base.
- Sell products inline with AAES list pricing and discount structures to obtain profitable results.
- Work together co-operatively with all members of AAES team.
- Manage sales performance objectives and provide monthly reporting as required.
- Assist in the development of the annual company sales plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort)
- Responsibility for the providing of informed and accurate technical advice to potential customers regarding the Company's products.
- Responsibility for the prompt preparation of quotations for the supply and commissioning / installation of products as requested by potential customers.
- Effectively negotiate and assist in the resolution of any disputes in relation to customers, suppliers, or other interested parties that may arise in the normal course of doing business.
- Comply with Company policies from time to time.
- Excellent understanding of the Company's products as they relate to the customers requirements.
