A degree in engineering, construction, or project management
Certification in PMP®, PRINCE2, MSP™, or similar
5+ years' experience managing capital projects, ideally in healthcare or government sectors
Strong knowledge of NZ building codes and fire compliance standards
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and contractor performance
A practical, hands on approach with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience working in multicultural and diverse environments, with a strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022
