- Maintain clean and tidy dining, kitchen, and public areas.
- Adhere and maintain food control plan records
- Support off-site food delivery, event setup, and other service team duties as required.
- FOH service is a bonus and a positive attitude to help where needed is critical
- Willingness to learn and adapt with the changing food scene.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Experience in a similar catering or hospitality role.
- Physically fit, reliable, and hard-working with a flexible attitude.
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
- NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) and police clearance preferred.
