A commitment to sustainability and the environment is in our DNA, we’re involved in the community and have a down-to-earth company culture.About the roleIn this position of Fullers360 Ambassador, you’ll join our Customer Experience team; playing an important role in providing top notch customer service for our guests (regular commuters and tourists) before they step onboard our vessels.You MUST reside on Waiheke Island as the shifts start and finish on Island.This role encompasses that of wharf host duties, retail ticket sales and other frontline duties. Alongside this your typical responsibilities will include:
Provide excellent customer service with a focus on quality
Assist and support customers to queue, purchase tickets and provide insights into travelling times and travel destinations
Promote and offer advice on Fullers360 products, services and promotions
Perform cash handling and till transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Other administrative duties such as ensuring all stock levels are maintained
Hours of work (between 6.45am – 7pm, 7 days a week)
$27.80 per hour
Rotating roster including public holidays and weekends
3-week rotating roster, usually 5 days on and 2 days off but may vary
120 hours over a 3-week period, average of 40 hours per week
Morning, afternoon and night shifts

Experienced working with ticketing or reservations systems preferred
