A Gardener/Horticultural Operator is needed to use trimmers, mowers, sprayers, etc. to maintain green spaces in Timaru.About the RoleYou will help maintain the trees, lawns, and flowers in various green spaces by performing general horticultural/gardening tasks. You'll also help keep the grounds and pathways free from rubbish and debris.

Water and feed plants
Trim trees and scrubs
Mow lawns
Weed gardens

About YouWith a genuine love for working outdoors, you can safely use trimmers, mowers, sprayers, and other assorted horticultural equipment. You work well as part of a team and individually and will follow company Health and Safety regulations.

Knowledge of relevant gardening tools and equipment
Being physically fit and healthy is essential
Able to accurately follow instructions
