
Hotel Reservations Agent

- Handle hotel room reservations efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Respond to guest queries, booking modifications, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the hotel’s reservation system (OPERA).
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support in line with brand standards.
- Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail when processing reservations.
- Manage large volumes of correspondence while maintaining service standards.
- At least 6 months' experience in a reservations, hotel front office, or customer service role.
- Proficiency with hotel booking systems such as OPERA or similar front office platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
- Hourly rate $30.19
- Staff meals provided while on shift
