- Supervise and allocate tasks to F&B staff during shifts, supporting service and food prep.
- Deliver warm, professional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee food and beverage service, including responsible alcohol service.
- Maintain clean and organised dining and kitchen areas.
- Recruit, induct, train, and mentor team members to meet performance goals.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Holds a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service) and police clearance.
- NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) and HACCP knowledge preferred.
