He angitūtanga / The opportunity:As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Forsyth Barr Stadium, you'll oversee the performance of our F&B team during events and service periods. You'll ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards, all while leading by example in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
  • Supervise and allocate tasks to F&B staff during shifts, supporting service and food prep.
  • Deliver warm, professional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee food and beverage service, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Maintain clean and organised dining and kitchen areas.
  • Recruit, induct, train, and mentor team members to meet performance goals.
He kōrero mōu / About you:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Holds a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service) and police clearance.
  • NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) and HACCP knowledge preferred.
