As a Talent Development Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting KiwiRail's early career programmes. You'll lead our Graduate, Internship, and Gateway programmes, and support apprenticeships and other initiatives that grow our future workforce.You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering structured programmes for graduates, interns, and school leavers.
- Supporting participants through inductions, development activities, and pastoral care.
- Building strong relationships with schools, tertiary providers, and industry partners.
- Coordinating events, training sessions, and mentoring networks.
- Tracking progress, outcomes, and return on investment for talent initiatives.
- Experience coordinating people development or training programmes.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning systems.
- The ability to work flexibly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
- A customer-focused and safety-conscious approach.
- Knowledge of learning and development practices.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and event coordination.
