As our Maintenance & Inventory Planner, you will play a vital role in executing our preventative maintenance program using the state-of-the-art MEX Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You'll oversee general maintenance for all departments, coordinate contractors, source quotes for projects, and collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure seamless operations.Responsibilities include:

Implement and manage the MEX CMMS
Plan and schedule all repair and maintenance jobs, ensuring availability of necessary parts
Complete purchase orders for the engineering department
Manage inventory levels for mechanical, tool, and consumable items
Reconcile invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders
Oversee contractor management, including keeping liability agreements and insurance details up to date

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively
Proven experience in minimising production downtime
Exceptional organisational abilities to manage competing priorities
Extensive prior maintenance experience in an industrial setting
Familiarity with modern CMMS systems; experience with MEX preferred
Intermediate computer literacy
