- Requirement analysis of client problems, design and development of solutions that meet client needs and follow best practice.
- Development of architecture designs that could span multiple cloud platforms and on-premise applications, applying appropriate integration patterns, security controls and devOps considerations.
- Appropriate and accurate documentation to support solutions and delivery, including options papers to empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Supporting pre-sales activities by creating high-level solution architecture, design, estimation and delivery planning.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members and contribute to the overall practice capability.
- Provide timely and relevant feedback to support the development of others and the performance of the team.
- Interact with client-team members to clarify requirements, demonstrate solutions and their value and gather feedback.
- 2 years as a client-facing Architect or Solution Lead role, delivering Salesforce implementations as an experienced Revenue Cloud or CPQ expert/architect. Certification in CPQ a bonus.
- At least 5 years’ experience in software development and/or technical consultant role delivering enterprise level Salesforce implementations with a sound understanding of Java/C#/HTML/JavaScript would be beneficial.
- A good understanding of, and collaborating in, agile delivery methodology environments
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to ask effective clarifying questions to uncover requirements, root cause problems, and communicate architecture clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience from a professional services or consulting environment.
- A tertiary qualification in a computer science or information systems highly desirable but not essential.
- A natural collaborator, supporting different teams across the practice.
- Experience in supporting pre-sales and RFP/RFI processes.
