- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager with the management and implementation of trade marketing activity for trade customers in New Zealand;
- Develop and deliver, in collaboration with agency partners, product , technical and sales teams. content and collateral to support brand and product collateral, technical communications, internal and external presentations for New Zealand market;
- Work closely with the product teams to support the delivery of all product go-to-market plans for New Zealand in collaboration with ANZ;
- Support trade marketing and product teams to deliver packaging and merchandising solutions across our New Zealand Channel;
- Ownership of all division owned websites and website strategy, including management of external vendors (ANZ);
- Lead CRM strategy, implementation and customer journey strategy & execution, including management of external vendors (ANZ);
- Support the development and continued refinement the brand value proposition across digital programs to drive awareness, advocacy and purchase across end users and channel partners;
- Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity as may be determined by the company management; and
- Comply with all ITW company policies and procedures including but not limited to EEO, anti-discrimination.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a brand or communications role;
- Experience collaborating with channel customers to develop joint marketing plans;
- Experience with marketing campaigns and events from planning through to delivery;
- Excellent business communication & stakeholder engagement skills;
- Demonstrated Project Management skills;
- Demonstrated copywriting & proofreading skills;
- Passion for Digital marketing and up to date with the latest digital marketing practices ;
- Drivers License required;
- Basic graphic design skills including use of Adobe suite of design programs would be a bonus; and
- Construction industry experience preferred but not essential.
