Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial, and risk management functions for the group and will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with statutory and legal obligations, as well as providing strategic financial leadership to support the achievement of our organisational goals.This is an extremely exciting time to join ETEL as we are experiencing high growth and the CFO will be an integral part of driving the business to the next level to deliver exceptional results. We're not just looking for someone who is “good with the numbers” though - this role is as much about our people as it is about the financials. We are looking for someone who is values driven, who can partner with the board and leadership team across the wider group and build relationships with people at all levels.To be successful in this role you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA).
Proven experience in a senior financial management role (5+ years at CFO level)
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience working in a multinational or complex organizational structure and familiarity with ERP systems and financial modelling software would be advantageous but is not essential.What can we offer you?
