- Open and close the Northern Explorer arrival area
- Provide general travel advice and information to our guests and passengers
- Assist with unloading luggage
- Ensure customer's luggage is well looked after
- Organise taxi services for travelling guests
- Ensure pick up area is for authorised taxi services and vehicles
- Wednesday - 3 hours (6:00PM-9:00PM)
- Friday - 3 hours (6:00PM-9:00PM)
- Sunday - 3 hours (6:00PM-9:00PM)
- Be able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong customer focus with the ability to relate to people at all levels
- Have a sense of urgency and work with speed and accuracy
- Be a great problem solver
- Maintain your composure and help keep passengers calm in potentially high stress situations
- Have impeccable attention to detail and a talent for multi-tasking
- Have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a moderate level of physical fitness as some lifting of passenger's luggage is required
