As the Field Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating reporting formats that drive the priorities of our Field Sales team for each category and customer. You will be responsible for monitoring and communicating progress against the cycle plan, ensuring alignment with business unit commitments and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely daily reporting tools aligned with capacity and business priorities.
- Monitor and report weekly results against cycle plan deliverables, including pre-sells, compliance, displays, and trade standards.
- Coordinate feedback from major events and communicate it to the Business Unit, while measuring and reporting on other activities.
- Engage with the Operations team throughout the cycle, facilitating weekly reviews and addressing feedback and requests.
- Create and distribute regional engagement materials, such as quarterly cycle packs.
- Collaborate with the Customer team and Supply Chain to deliver competitor and customer intelligence.
- Tertiary qualification required in Information Technology, Data Analytic or relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Power BI is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to proofread and edit documents effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work autonomously.
