- Help shape how insights are generated and shared across the organisation to improve experiences and outcomes for all New Zealanders.

- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex survey programmes.
- Expertise in customer experience and Voice of Customer programmes, with a strong understanding of how to translate feedback into system and operational-level improvements.
- Expertise in integrating and translating research and data for diverse audiences, including senior leaders and operational teams.
- Strong critical thinking and synthesis skills, with the ability to distil narratives across varied sources of evidence.
- Deep understanding of primary research methodologies, including evaluation, statistical analysis of survey and administrative data, and qualitative methods.
- A track record of partnering with stakeholders to shape, validate, and embed integrated research and insight into strategic priorities.
- Excellent project and relationship management skills and the ability to influence across disciplines and levels of the organisation.
