People with the right spark give us the power to achieve our vision of delighting our clients.We have an exciting opportunity for a HVAC whiz to join us for all things EES from installing, to servicing and delighting our customers while working in a great team and developing your career.About the role:The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed by the company throughout New Zealand.Key duties and responsibilities in this role are as follows:
  • Ensuring all installations are complaint with manufacturers specifications and to a high standard
  • Completing all necessary paperwork
  • Perform any apposite remedial work as required.
  • Assist in ensuring accurate stock levels are preserved.
  • Assist sales and operations teams with pre and post installation inspections.
  • Maintain a friendly warm manner when around clients, and/or representing the Employer.
  • Promote other products and services if the opportunity allows.
  • Ensure company issued tools and equipment are serviceable, secure and maintained.
About you:You will bring your previous working experience within the HVAC industry, along with the below
  • You're a qualified EWRB Electrical Service Technician (preferred)
  • Outstanding people skills and enjoy customer interaction
  • Sound knowledge of HVAC trade and practices
  • Physical fitness (you'll be able to use ladders and work within confined roof spaces).
  • Competent with hand and power tools.
  • Good oral and written communication
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to follow plans.
  • Punctuality, with the ability to work within timeframes.
  • An ability to work within a team environment.
  • Hold a current, valid full NZ drivers' licence
