- Provide advice and support to customers
- Efficiently process sales and product enquiries
- Assist with stock management, including ordering, unpacking, and merchandising
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries
- Experience in the New Zealand rural sector preferred
- A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence
- Confidence with trailer driving (preferred but not essential)
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting
- Retail or sales experience is a plus
- Competency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
