Our client takes pride in producing high-quality products that meet the needs of their customers. They are currently seeking skilled Plant Operators to join their team. Our client is approximately 45mins out of Hamilton.Position Overview:As a Plant Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating plant equipment to manufacture and ship goods according to specifications and instructions. Your primary duties will include plant cleaning, bagging products, and operating a forklift if you have the correct license. Experience in a manufacturing plant environment is an advantage, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Vaired shifts available.Key Responsibilities:

Operate plant equipment to manufacture products in accordance with specifications and instructions.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery.
Monitor equipment to detect any issues or defects and take corrective action as necessary.
Conduct routine plant cleaning and maintenance to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Bag and label products accurately and efficiently.
Operate a forklift if you possess the required license and experience.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing plant environment is an advantage.
Forklift operator's license (if applicable) is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as needed.
