We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Digital Platforms, HR technology and Enterprise systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in new digital platforms (e.g. Workday, payroll systems, HR tech)
- Bring proven experience as a Digital BA, ideal in HR, Finance, or Legal domains
- Be pragmatic, balancing attention to detail with delivery pace
- Thrive in ambiguous environments, confidently engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Be a collaborative partner, keeping Product Owners and delivery teams aligned and moving forward
- Translate complex people processes into clear, testable digital requirements
- Maintain a sharp backlog: well-defined user stories, clear priorities, and readiness for development
- Work across HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve ambiguity and ensure alignment
- Ensure data accuracy in payroll and people systems through robust test coverage and validation
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- At least three years' experience as a Business Analyst or Contract Business Analyst, with a strong focus on digital transformation and HR systemsHands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/payroll systems
- A good understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and writing user storiesThe ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience translating business processes into digital workflows and system requirementsKnowledge of data integrity, testing strategies, and system integration
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in complex or changing environments
