- To support the Customer Care, Sales and Operational Care teams through quality training and day-to-day process and systems support
- Test and implement new systems and processes as directed by your Manager
- To assist the Process & Systems National Manager with various projects
- To monitor KPI's and drive high data quality, review and action plan together with stakeholders
- Assist with analysing, documenting and implementing centralisation and off-shoring of services
- Control data flow and continuously improve/create EDI/API interfaces between our TMS and external sources
- Experience in continuous process improvement (i.e., process mapping, data analysis)
- Lean Six Sigma diploma is preferred
- Ability to work with a variety of people from different backgrounds, levels, and business units
- Systems savvy and experience working within and understanding systems (SAP preferred), advanced MS Excel skills, data interfaces, EDI, API, SFTP
- Curious, solutions orientated, adaptive to change, flexible and able to bounce back from setbacks
- Experience within the Logistics industry is highly advantageous
