- Preparation for the monthly consolidation of the Group financial results inclusive of maintenance of the consolidation systems and full documentation of all elimination entries.
- Preparation of management reports for the FM and CFO review and preparing all financial reporting information to be included in Board reporting. Analyse and report on variances between actual and forecast results and between forecast and budget results.
- Preparation of indirect taxation returns for two entities within the group
- Assistance with the preparation of direct taxation returns
- Preparation of the full year statutory financial statements and other shareholder information.
- Own the annual audit process
- Ensure all insurances of the Group are administered
- Responsible for maintaining cash flow forecasts to ensure a clear view of future cash requirements and commitments.
- Ensure interest rate exposures are accurately estimated and approved instruments used to manage the risk are properly documented to ensure compliance with IFRS accounting requirements.
