We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to step in and keep things moving while we recruit for the permanent role. This is a hands on leadership opportunity where you'll lead the finance function, coach and support the team, and partner closely with the GM and senior managers.Key responsibilities:

Lead monthly and annual financial reporting
Coach and develop the finance team
Collaborate on budgets and strategy with senior leaders
Manage GST, payroll tax, and other obligations across NZ & Australia
Deliver cashflow forecasting and working capital improvements
Drive process efficiency and performance initiatives

What you'll bring:

CA/AT (preferred) with solid commercial accounting experience
Proven leadership ability with a coaching mindset
Strong technical accounting and systems expertise
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Continuous improvement mindset and resilience under pressure
