About the Role: Full-time Permanent POOL PositionThis is full-time permanent POOL position. As a POOL staff member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring continuous support by covering gaps due to annual leave and training. While your shift pattern will vary, you'll receive your schedule of 80 hours at least six weeks in advance. Flexibility is key for this role, as you must be available to work both AM and PM shifts, weekdays, and weekends.Skills and Experience:

A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust
