Significant experience in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry
Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing Heavy Equipment
Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
Exceptional customer service, organisational and communication skills
