- Proven experience in technical product ownership within an agile delivery environment.
- A strong technical background, ideally in software development.
- Commercial acumen to lead prioritisation conversations with stakeholders.
- Understanding of the strategic and operational importance of lending platforms in banking.
- Familiarity with digital lending technologies and platforms.
- Knowledge of availability, resilience, and cyber security principles.
- Awareness of modern technology paradigms including APIs, cloud infrastructure, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
