We are looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to join the team as a Foreman to lead a motivated team, deliver projects to the highest standard, and uphold our clients' reputation for quality and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical know-how with people management, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on time.Direct Responsibilities
- Lead projects - manage labour, materials, and schedules to meet targets.
- Drive team culture - mentor, train, and support apprentices while fostering a positive, high-performing crew.
- Maintain strong relationships - be the key point of contact with clients, site managers, suppliers, and the Roofing/Plumbing Manager.
- Ensure quality & safety - uphold the high standards of workmanship and model excellent Health & Safety practices.
- Communicate clearly - provide weekly project updates and maintain accurate records of work.
- Overtime paid after 45 hours

- M-F Full-time role, with occasional weekend work
- 7.30 am - 5 pm
- Qualified Plumber with at least 4 years' experience.
- Proven technical expertise across a variety of materials and systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Natural leadership with a focus on efficiency, quality, and team culture.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ background check
