MIMICO sells, hires and services heavy machinery for the quarrying, mining, contracting, construction, recycling and forestry industries.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Our client MIMICO are seeking an experienced technician to join their Matamata based service team. You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of heavy machinery and equipment in the workshop, and out in the field from your modern well equipped service vehicle. Depending on workload, there's even the possibility of collaborating with Crane Sales New ZealandQualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will:
Hold a trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or possess 5+ years of relevant experience
Have hands-on experience with engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems
Be familiar with computerised control systems for heavy equipment
Be adaptable to flexible work hours to meet customer demands
Showcase exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills
