- Proven experience in process engineering within the heavy manufacturing industry or sawmills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in process optimization and automation.
