EUC Engineer - Permanent | Auckland | Hybrid | Immediate StartAbout the Organization:This is a New Zealand-based organization with a national network. This role is a blend of process improvement and operational support.You'll be responsible for providing Level 2/3 technical support for the enterprise network, infrastructure, and a wide range of end-user technologies, including collaboration tools, applications, and hardware.Beyond daily support, we need a strategic problem-solver who can take full ownership of complex projects from start to finish. You'll be a key player in shaping workplace technology, developing robust solutions, and leading initiatives.Excellent customer service and a willingness to provide occasional on-call support are essential.You'll Bring:The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on autonomy with a proven track record of successfully delivering EUC-related projects. Your ability to think critically, communicate persuasively, and deliver high-quality work is paramount.

Experience in a wide range of EUC technologies and supporting large, complex environments.
Strong ITIL knowledge.
Strong SCCM/MECM and Intune expertise (including Policy and Group Policy).
Hands-on experience with Azure, Exchange Online, Teams Admin, M365.
Experience with Application Packaging and deployment.
Knowledge of Identity management solutions (Active Directory, AzureAD).
Basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
PowerShell scripting knowledge.
Ability to support and guide on a wide range of EUC technologies.
