
Finance Services Payroll Officer

- Partner with other GHD employees and stakeholders to respond to enquiries
- Support the delivery of GHD Payroll Services and Payroll Improvement projects
- Assist in preparation of all employee tax obligations and returns
- Contribute to test plans, review of test outcomes with the Service Delivery and Operations teams, including delivery support
- Support as required the preparation, investigation and management of ad hoc payroll reconciliations and monthly payroll balance sheet reconciliations.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and core payroll upstream and downstream processes
- The ability to truly Business Partner with an agile and growth mindset
- Effective communication skills across different internal stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge and experience of a HRIS and payroll system (ADP Global view) would be preferred but is not essential.
- Experience in standard Microsoft Office applications with intermediate skills in Excel and Word applications
- Aptitude for numerical work and problem solving with a high degree of detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
