- Prepare month end accounts and distribute accordingly.
- Produce weekly cashflow reports
- Bank reconciliations
- Review expenses, analyse & provide commentaries
- Ensure fixed assets and depreciation are recorded accurately
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Research & resolve reconciliation variances
- Provide rebate support including analysis of revenue
- Tax compliance; GST, RWT, FBT, PAYE returns & statistic returns
- Assist with compiling the annual financial report
- Ad-hoc duties
