
Supply Chain Assistant

- Assist with inventory and stock level monitoring across production and warehouse
- Create and process purchase and sales orders in our ERP system
- Support the coordination of inbound and outbound freight and logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, invoices, and compliance paperwork
- Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement support role (manufacturing or FMCG preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Cin7 preferred)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within the team
