Pay: $25-$30p/hr Experience dependentWe are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Production Lead to join our dynamic production team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for the assembly and electrical integration of our product. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products, including wiring and installation of electrical components and systems based on schematics and technical drawings
- Perform functional and quality testing on electrical components and completed machines; compile and maintain test records
- Install firmware on sub-systems during pre-testing phases
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in wiring, components, or systems during production
- Document cable schedules and variations in wiring diagrams as needed
- Trade qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in electrical assembly, production, or similar technical environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working with firmware and embedded systems during pre-testing
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
