Where you’ll be working: Meade Clinical Centre, Waikato HospitalThe details: Permanent, part-time – 40 hours per fortnightSalary details: MECA/competitive salary + KiwiSaver - Band 5 National Healthworkers Collective agreementTe whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outpatient workforce coordinator who is looking for an exciting and challenging role within the Meade Clinical Centre.The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the maintenance of the clinic schedule and support planning and maximising utilisation of MCC capacity. This Outpatient workforce coordinator role will provide maintenance of clinic profiles across elective outpatient services and management of the framework and business rules.Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Updating and maintaining clinic schedules and templates in iPM
  • Facilitating the Outpatient Operational Group meetings (OOG)
  • Providing system super user support
  • Liaising with key stakeholder and services
