- Managing and securing key customer/ client relationships, develop, secure and manage, new and existing customer relationships with key customers within the region
- Driving and coaching sales tactics, sales processes, and sales disciplines to achieve target levels of sales, margin and share of wallet for Mico.
- Meeting and exceeding key business KPI's, including revenue targets, customer NPS & safety leadership.
- Developing the regional sales strategy, priorities and plans that align with national sales strategy, and supports the outcomes for the Region
- Leading a safety culture, while driving a collaborative, engaging high performance team culture.
- Previous Experience in the Building / Plumbing or Electrical Industry is a must
- Proven Experience leading Successful Sales Teams
- Unmatched Relationship building / Customer care and Communication skills
- Skilled in formulating persuasive, clear and formal presentation of ideas in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong Negotiation and Decision-Making ability
- Relationship Building Skills across all organisational levels
- Energetic and Enthusiastic, with a hunger for growth and development
- Full Clean NZ Drivers License
