Job Title: BIM TechnicianLocation: ESR, 34 Kenepuru Drive, PoriruaJob Description:We are seeking a BIM Technician to join our team at ESR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) to support our various projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in BIM software and a strong understanding of construction and architectural processes.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage BIM models for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient model creation.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the coordination of project documentation and design data.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.Required Skills:- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
