- A strong technical background in software development, with time spent as a technical lead and/or architect in the web development space
- Strong interpersonal skills, with significant customer-facing experience
- An exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- A strong background in being part of teams that design and implement technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ideally, previous experience in customer success roles
