Grinding Gear Games is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help with expanding Path of Exile's digital marketing brand! We're looking for someone who can recognise the successful branding trends for ARPGs and who can maintain a consistent aesthetic throughout their work.Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand

Full-time position - 40 hours a weekThe position includes the following duties:
  • Discuss, plan and implement graphic designs for Path of Exile's brand using assets from our Art, Marketing and Community departments
  • Create clean, readable designs that match our aesthetic (dark and gritty) for different kinds of digital media
  • Consistently follow our marketing brand guidelines in the creation of all work and oversee that consistency across all areas of advertising
  • Research and brainstorm design ideas
We are seeking someone with:
  • At least 2 years in graphic design, specifically in digital marketing
  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Some proficiency using 3D software tools such Maya, 3ds Max, etc.
  • An understanding of the target market for Path of Exile or Action RPGs more generally
  • Strong understanding of brand awareness
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
Portfolio, and/or reel demonstrating relevant artistic skills required
Must be willing to complete an art test if requested to do soPluses
