- Order Management: Accurately process and manage orders via Email, EDI, Merchant Portal, Xtracta Platform, and Phone, ensuring timely delivery.
- Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing accurate information on stock availability, pricing, and order status.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer calls, resolve complaints, and process credits with a focus on first-up resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Health & Safety: Actively promote and demonstrate safe work practices, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and contractors.
- Experience in a customer service call centre environment, preferably in the building industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Comfortable using multiple IT platforms to find information and solve customer problems.
- Team player with effective time management, problem-solving abilities, and a persuasive, authentic approach.
- Computer savvy, adaptable, and able to take full responsibility and accountability for tasks.
