- Vocational rehab, early intervention, stay-at-work, and return-to-work programs
- Workplace assessments and tailored interventions to support recovery
- Education and training for clients in both home and workplace settings
- Working with GPs, specialists, employers, and whānau to deliver seamless care
- Managing a diverse caseload across ACC contracts and private clients
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff

- Minimum 3 years' of clinical experience
- Passion for Vocational and Community Services
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current practicing certificate, professional membership, and indemnity insurance
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Postgraduate qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Cultural awareness and familiar with Te Reo Māori would be advantageous
