- Working and engaging closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Design or recommend solutions (integration, workflows, PowerApps) to meet the needs of management, staff and customers.
- Work on the configuration and maintenance of D365 FinOps company wide and resolve technical CRM issues
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with developers to implement solutions
- Manage the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements, are completed on time and within budget
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities for business users
- Proven experience implementing D365 FinOps and dealing with implementation challenges
- Experience dealing with challenges from implementation and navigating terrain to solve configuration issues.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to iron out issues and ensure optimum operation of the platform
- Strong understanding of AX 2012 and D365 F&O
- Excellent collaboration skills to gather and document requirements
- Ability to make best practice recommendations for system use
