Our client is seeking a Functional Business Analyst with a keen focus on D365 Finance & Operations and experience with CRM implementation. This role is not just about understanding the system, but also about making best practice recommendations to all teams using it. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business areas to gather and document new and existing requirements, providing innovative solutions to maximise system efficiency and improve user experience. This role offers an attractive salary of $130,000 and is based in Ellerslie, Auckland.As a Functional Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all areas of the company. Your primary focus will initially be on D365 Finance & Operations (FinOps), where you will work collaboratively with various business areas to understand their needs. Your expertise will also be crucial in improving user experience through effective use of the system. The business is post-implementation, so you will be required configure D365 FinOps and provide leadership to other Business Analysts in the team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Working and engaging closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Design or recommend solutions (integration, workflows, PowerApps) to meet the needs of management, staff and customers.
  • Work on the configuration and maintenance of D365 FinOps company wide and resolve technical CRM issues
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with developers to implement solutions
  • Manage the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements, are completed on time and within budget
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities for business users
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience implementing D365 FinOps and dealing with implementation challenges
  • Experience dealing with challenges from implementation and navigating terrain to solve configuration issues.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to iron out issues and ensure optimum operation of the platform
  • Strong understanding of AX 2012 and D365 F&O
  • Excellent collaboration skills to gather and document requirements
  • Ability to make best practice recommendations for system use
