Quality Engineer

- Manage and implement project quality assurance systems and documentation
- Coordinate Workplans and Workpacks to ensure compliance and approvals
- Conduct internal and external audits, inspections, and snag inspections
- Monitor and close out non-conformances and quality incidents
- Support project handover and defect liability processes
- Promote a positive quality culture and continuous improvement
- A qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent diploma
- 2+ years' experience as an Engineer on a civil, infrastructure or structural project or equivalent experience in a quality role in construction industry
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2008 and project documentation systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
