We’re looking for an experienced professional to support a large-scale enterprise transformation, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP. This role will be central to managing ERP workstreams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring effective delivery across business and technology teams.
You'll need hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar platforms, and a solid background in enterprise systems, project coordination, and change management.Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years' experience in product ownership, business analysis, or enterprise system implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar platforms
- Proven ability to coordinate large-scale ERP or business transformation programmes
- Skilled in managing ERP-related projects, workstreams, and cross-functional deliverables
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, IT teams, business units, and vendors
- Solid understanding of ERP governance, data structures, workflows, and change control
- Comfortable working within structured PMO environments and governance forums
- Able to track risks, issues, benefits, and progress across multiple workstreams
- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage complex schedules and reporting
- Familiar with agile delivery, RAID management, and sprint execution cycles
- Experience with post-go-live support and continuous process improvement
