
Senior Business Analyst

- Be experienced in new digital platforms (e.g. Workday, payroll systems, HR tech)
- Thrive in ambiguous environments, confidently engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Be a collaborative partner, keeping Product Owners and delivery teams aligned and moving forward
- Translate complex people processes into clear, testable digital requirements
- Maintain a sharp backlog: well-defined user stories, clear priorities, and readiness for development
- Work across HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve ambiguity and ensure alignment
- Ensure data accuracy in payroll and people systems through robust test coverage and validation
- At least five years' experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with a strong focus on digital transformation and HR systems
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/payroll systems
- A good understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and writing user stories
- The ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience translating business processes into digital workflows and system requirements
- Knowledge of data integrity, testing strategies, and system integration
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in complex or changing environments
